So, another three hour plane flight is over, plus the couple of hours either side being processed and waitng around.
Our little group Jillian, Saba, & I got split around the plane, so I spent the majority of the trip reading The Infinite Tapestry, the Mage:the Ascension - Revised sourcebook on the Umbra. Lots of great ideas for Mage games, and it proved something I'd always contended on the forums, that there are many ways around the Avatar Storm, and that the Digital Web is one of them.
Anyway, it;s started me thnkng about runnin another WoD game again.
Had a chicken dish for dinner, and a mini Magnum ice cream on a stick.
Met up with one of the guys from Auckland and transferred to the hotel, the Rydges Jamieson. This really is a nice hotel with a wonderful bathroom, but as usual everything's too expensive to enjoy it properly.
Turns out both Jillian and Saba have family to meet up with, and I'm not one to go oout and get drunk by myself, so I'm spending the night in the hotel by myself. So far this evening I have watched episodes 23 - 25 of Gundam Seed, and it just gets more and more interesting. Local time anout 10pm, but body time it's almost midnight.
Well, we'll see what the breakfast is like in the morning.
