Whitcoulls Lambton Quay had a stack of these books at 50% off making them basically NZD $20 so I got one coz it's fun and could almost be used as a prop for mashugenah's Mage character. :)

It purports to be the Journal of Raphael Van Helsing as he learns more about the vampire, and it contains two sealed pouches, one at the front and one at the back, and pasted in pages from the Book of the Vampyr, purported to have survivd the fire at the Library of Alexandria, though the page copies are not the sort of book that would have actually been stored at the Alexandrian Library! It includes suggested combat strategies and lists vanpire artefacts such as the "neck tap."

I also picked up the first seasion of Babylon 5 on DVD, a six disk series in a single disk container for $39. They have what seems to be the entire run of B5, plus the movies, in similar packs. I sense a nostalgia wave coming on, though there are new series I haven't finished watching yet!
