Well, election campaigns seem to be about buying our votes. I guess this person just wanted the cash instead of loose promises. That is a rather high reserve though.

If the sale went ahead it would be an offence as per Section 216 of the Electoral Act 1993... given that, isn't it's TradeMe's obligation to remove the auction as the sale of an illegal good or service?
