Well, first up just so that evie_fae & holding_pattern don't bug me about it again, I went to the after-hours surgery in Upper Hutt this afternoon, and they cleaned the wound up a bit, though it was already pretty clean, and put some tape on it, and wrapped it up and told me I have to keep it dry. No stitches.
Happy now girls?

Need to go and have it looked at again on Thursday. Actually, I may bitch and kvetch about you guys making me do these things, but it's nice that y'all bother to care.

So, a completely lazy Sunday except for getting the KapCon Flyer together.

Then off to holding_pattern's birthday BBQ, with a quick detour to Newton to pick up umesha for later anime watching with seraphs_folly, whenever that happens.

Was a good party, with jarratt_gray doing amazing food things, and much talk about breasts and wargaming and literature and stuff..

Later in the evening there was an outbreak of hand massage, and I learned that my shoulders and hands are fucked. I had no idea that hands were supposed to be able to move like that, even though when it's pointed out to you it is pretty reasonable that they should.

evie_fae did her best to relieve the tension in them, which led to what must have been the interesting sight of me kneeling on the floor whilst she leant on my shoulders and kneed me in the back. But it seems I need professional help, as well as taking OSH advice more seriously.

Left at the same time as giffydoll, just before midnight..

Got up real late. Planning game_ic now.Need to tidy some things in the lounge before people arrive and decide what I'm going to have for dinner.
